Retail adds 300–500%.
We remove all of it.
A piece of fine jewellery that costs $300 to manufacture typically retails for $1,200 to $1,800. That gap is not profit for the maker — it is the margin of every distributor, wholesaler, and retailer between the factory and the shop floor. Quorum removes all of them. Your order goes directly to the manufacturer. The group buy is how we get there.
The supply chain you are currently paying for.
Traditional fine jewellery moves from manufacturer to distributor, from distributor to wholesaler, from wholesaler to retailer — each adding margin to justify their role in the chain. By the time a piece reaches a shop window, you are paying for warehouses, sales reps, showroom leases, and brand marketing on top of the actual cost of the stone and metal. Manufacturers set minimum order quantities because production runs at volume are what make the unit economics work. A single customer cannot meet that threshold. A group of customers collectively can — and that is the entire mechanic.
Each group buy shows the piece, the customisation options, the starting price, and the live order count. You can see exactly how far the group has progressed before you commit.
Select your stone, cut, metal, and colour. Submit your order — it is held alongside everyone else in the group, at no charge until the group closes.
As more orders come in, the group gets closer to the manufacturer's minimum. Share the drop — every additional order benefits everyone already in, including you.
When the target is reached, the wholesale price locks in for the whole group — first in or last in. Your piece is then manufactured to your specification and delivered.
The saving is real and it is structural.
The Eternity Ring starts from $246 at group pricing. A comparable ring — same lab diamond, same 18ct metal — at a traditional jeweller would cost multiples of that. The difference is not the stone. It is the chain of people who no longer need to be paid between you and the person who made it. The Trillion Pendant starts from $109. In both cases, the price reflects material and manufacture — nothing else. No markup for the brand. No rent built into the number.
What happens if the target is not reached before the deadline?
Your order is still fulfilled — but at the standard price rather than the group price. You will be notified before any charge is made, and you can choose to proceed or not.
Can I join after the group discount has already unlocked?
Yes. Once the target is reached, the group price applies to every order placed before the close date — whether you were first or last to join.
Is my piece genuinely made to my specification, or is it from stock?
Every piece is made to order. Nothing is selected from existing stock. Your stone, cut, metal, and colour are specified at the time of ordering and manufactured to those choices.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken when the group buy closes — not when you submit your order. You are not charged upfront for holding your place in the group.
